Meet our Team

Tim is a science teacher and Charter Academy’s Assistant Principal responsible for Behaviour and Culture. Tim has been with the Academy since its inception and has worked with pupils in every year group in both academic and pastoral settings.

Tim uses his history of sporting achievement and his various team experiences to help drive the culture at Charter, where mutual respect and cooperation between pupils and staff is paramount. Tim will always be as visible and audible as he makes his way around the school. He believes that while adherence to the rules is important, the warmth that accompanies it is crucial to life here at the Academy. 

Seeing the pupils achieve and go on to achieve top-of-the-pyramid futures are just two of the reasons he enjoys working at Charter.
